Contracts Manager (Hybrid, Bratislava)

About the role

DXC Technology is a Fortune 500 global IT services leader with a strong presence in Slovakia. The Contracts Manager will lead end‑to‑end contract lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting strong relationships with governmental and non‑governmental organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, negotiate, execute, accept and maintain contracts and sub‑contracts.
• Oversee contract negotiations and obtain necessary approvals.
• Maintain and update contract templates and standard agreements.
• Collaborate with senior management on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Assist in complex negotiations and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Respond to contract‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Proven track record in contract management, negotiation and risk assessment.
• Strong expertise in contract law, drafting and compliance.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry and technology developments.
