Legal Specialist / Attorney – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist/Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support to IQVIA’s corporate legal department, working closely with General Counsel, senior leadership and business units across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines contract management, litigation assistance, corporate governance, intellectual property oversight and regulatory compliance within a fast‑paced, multinational life‑sciences environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring contractual risks are identified and mitigated.
• Support litigation matters through legal research, preparation of correspondence, witness coordination and document management.
• Maintain corporate governance records, subsidiary documentation, board resolutions and annual filings.
• Administer intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, trade names and domain registrations.
• Assist regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and act as a liaison with external counsel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a Paralegal Certification.
• Significant experience supporting in‑house legal teams in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences or healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority matters simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
