Learning Experience Designer, Vendor Education

About the role

We are building the future of vendor education at Amazon, creating AI‑native learning solutions that help thousands of vendors across Europe succeed on our platform. The Learning Experience Designer will work at the intersection of learning theory, instructional design, product thinking and artificial intelligence to design intelligent, data‑informed experiences embedded directly where vendors work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce multi‑modal learning assets such as eLearning modules, videos, playlists, job aids and in‑tool contextual guidance.
• Determine the optimal format, modality and delivery channel for each learning problem, balancing impact and friction.
• Translate complex vendor processes into clear, multilingual content for diverse European marketplaces.
• Leverage generative AI to draft, iterate, localise and scale content, and structure assets with metadata for machine consumption.
• Collaborate with central tech teams to integrate educational content into Vendor Central and related platforms.
• Manage multiple projects from needs analysis through launch, continuously measuring effectiveness and iterating.

Required profile

• Curiosity about emerging technology and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for solving learning gaps with innovative, AI‑driven approaches.
• Ability to use data and vendor feedback to inform design decisions and evaluate impact.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for content creation and localisation.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring and multimedia production.
• Knowledge of metadata structuring for AI‑driven content delivery.
