About the role

The Key Account Manager will manage end‑customer accounts in the Transportation, Automotive, Power and Grid segments, promoting Schneider Electric solutions and ensuring successful implementation. The role involves expanding the customer base, coordinating projects, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and coordinate assigned projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio within the defined segments.
• Present offers, negotiate contract terms, and ensure compliance with pricing and discount policies.
• Gather market, competitor and project information and share insights with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver trainings, presentations and sales support materials.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s sales database and monitor contract performance.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary technical education, preferably in electrotechnics.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technically oriented company, ideally in electrotechnology.
• Strong communication skills in English and a valid driver’s licence.
• High work commitment, creativity, independence and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Slovakia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
