About the role

We are looking for a Junior Partner Support Specialist to assist Allegro merchants in Hungarian and Slovak. Working 100% from home, you will become the main point of contact for sellers, guiding them through every step of their e‑commerce journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (email, phone, chat, WhatsApp) primarily in Hungarian and Slovak.
• Assist merchants from registration through account setup, order handling, invoicing and financial settlement.
• Guide onboarding, explain processes, activate services and handle refunds and complaints.
• Build long‑term relationships to ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Track requests, report issues and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in creating processes that streamline team operations and strengthen the Allegro brand.

Required profile

• Experience in partner or client care, preferably handling multiple communication channels.
• Fluent in Hungarian and Slovak, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources and operate several systems simultaneously.
• Team‑player attitude with strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for communication and a focus on partner satisfaction.
• Experience in e‑commerce is a strong advantage.
