Junior Legal Counsel – Gaming & Gambling

About the role

Enjoy Gaming is looking for a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing gaming and gambling business. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring legal compliance across contracts, trademarks, data protection and more.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support, focusing on contracts, NDAs, due diligence and employee‑related matters.
• Draft, review and revise contracts, internal policies and other legal documents.
• Conduct compliance checks on partners and assist with trademark registrations.
• Research and analyse potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions.
• Support implementation of compliance measures across data protection, marketing, payments and consumer‑rights areas.
• Communicate with business partners, law firms and service providers in multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of legal experience; gambling experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AML procedures is highly valued.
• Excellent academic credentials in law and a keen eye for detail.
• Fast learner, initiative‑driven and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (including legal drafting) and native or fluent Ukrainian.
