IT Sourcer / Talent Researcher (Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time position is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to start a career in recruitment. You will join an international IT recruitment team, learning how to source and attract top technical talent while developing strong communication and sales‑like skills.

Key responsibilities

• Search for IT candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub and Boolean search techniques.
• Initiate contact with candidates via messages and calls, building the first relationship.
• Conduct initial pre‑screening interviews to assess fit.
• Support the recruitment team by maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
• Post job advertisements, manage applications and keep internal systems up to date.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and help build the employer brand.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong “can‑do” mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Interest in people‑focused work and relationship building.
• Resilience and persistence in outreach efforts.
• Good level of English for daily communication.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
