IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead development and ERP implementation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects align with our strategic goals while fostering continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and lead IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Set clear project goals and track progress with the team.
• Develop product roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Assign tasks and manage workloads using tools such as GitHub and PostgreSQL.
• Lead regular team meetings and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Assist with SLA management and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT development or ERP implementation projects.
• Ability to view projects from both technical and business perspectives.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive, and eager to turn challenges into learning opportunities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
