Geographic Legal Counsel Senior Analyst

About the role

Join Accenture’s Global Legal Network as a Geographic Legal Counsel Senior Analyst within the Geographic Compliance & Corporate (GCC) team. You will provide legal advice and compliance support to corporate functions and business units across local and global matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on compliance topics such as ethics, anti‑corruption, competition law, data privacy, intellectual property, and conflicts of interest.
• Review legal and compliance risks, propose practical solutions, and ensure adherence to laws, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Support data‑privacy initiatives by identifying legal risks and guiding compliance with privacy regulations.
• Manage corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and legal record maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and cross‑functional legal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal processes, documentation, reporting tools, and knowledge‑sharing resources.
• Contribute to GLN initiatives, legal technology enhancements, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Legal degree with several years of experience in corporate, compliance, or related legal fields.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations relevant to Accenture’s operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
