Finance Managed Services Manager

About the role

PwC Tax k.s. is seeking a Finance Managed Services Manager to lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of finance operations for a portfolio of clients. The role combines client‑facing leadership with deep expertise in finance processes such as Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Treasury, Cash Application, FP&A and Vendor Management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Finance Managed Services engagements, from mobilisation to steady‑state operations and continuous improvement.
• Lead individual workstreams or whole engagements, coordinating with client finance leaders, PwC partners and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Translate client needs into business requirement documents and executive narratives for steering committees.
• Design and implement finance services, products and tools, ensuring alignment with client operating models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client finance leadership, presenting findings, options and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance process transformations in a consulting or managed services environment.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results across complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to create clear executive narratives.
