EU Packaging Materials Sourcing Manager

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Manager responsible for sourcing packaging materials across Europe. You will drive value through innovation, sustainability, risk management and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging categories.
• Lead negotiations and deliver value through structured, outcome‑driven approaches.
• Manage supplier relationships, building strategic partnerships that secure pricing, innovation and supply continuity.
• Conduct cost modelling to break down total cost of ownership.
• Implement complex projects across multiple stakeholders from strategy to execution.
• Monitor risk, quality, service, cash flow and productivity programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in packaging.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, risk management and financial impact on P&L.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work across business priorities.
• Demonstrated integrity, perseverance and a future‑focused mindset.
