EMEA Business Manager – Global Accounts

About the role

The EMEA Business Manager for Global Accounts will act as the bridge between Lenovo’s Global Accounts sales organization and its Services business across Europe and META. You will translate portfolio strategy, growth programs and worldwide initiatives into measurable business outcomes, partnering closely with account leaders, sales teams and portfolio specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement across Global Accounts, sales, portfolio, marketing, operations and finance teams.
• Drive business management rhythms such as account reviews, pipeline reviews, executive updates and cross‑functional planning sessions.
• Partner with Global Account sales leaders, Client Managers, Solutions Services Executives and portfolio specialists to identify, qualify and progress growth opportunities.
• Support strategic account planning through stakeholder mapping, competitive insights, opportunity prioritisation and executive reporting.
• Coordinate and execute key Services growth programs including Titan, Land Expand/TruScale, Winning in Transition, GAP, Rising Cost Campaign, Premier, LCR and ARS.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, ideation workshops and value discussions with priority customers, ensuring clear ownership and next steps.
• Build and maintain reporting that links pipeline development, revenue performance, program participation, portfolio penetration and execution actions.

Required profile

• Experience working with enterprise customers.
