Director of Project Management, Architectural Solutions

About the role

The Director of Project Management leads the project management team within the Architectural Solutions department, setting standards and ensuring consistent delivery across the full project lifecycle for interior construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop project managers to run architectural interiors projects independently.
• Assign and rebalance project managers based on scope, complexity, client needs, and development goals.
• Define, document, and enforce standards, templates, and checkpoints for pre‑construction planning, field verification, submittals, procurement, installation, punch and closeout.
• Conduct regular project reviews, monitor health indicators (error rates, change orders, schedule variance, margin performance) and intervene when risks arise.
• Maintain and evolve standardized processes and tools across markets and ensure new managers are onboarded to division standards.
