Projektový manažér / Hlavný stavbyvedúci (m/ž)

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced construction leader to take full responsibility for delivering projects from site takeover to hand‑over. The role combines managerial, technical, contractual and operational duties and serves as the main link between technical and financial project management.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the construction contract, covering technical, organisational, time and financial aspects.
• Study project documentation, contracts and budgets; identify risks and manage changes.
• Direct on‑site work according to design, technology and schedule, lead the construction team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Control quality, scope and technical correctness of works; ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Maintain budget, work statements and invoicing data; negotiate with investors and subcontractors.
• Organise control days, operational meetings and prepare successful project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Secondary or university education in civil engineering (construction) – mandatory.
• Valid SKSI Stavbyvedúci authorization – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large construction projects.
• Ability to lead people, maintain discipline on site and negotiate with investors and subcontractors.
• Decision‑making, independence, responsibility for results and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within Slovakia and a valid driver’s licence.
