DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with at least two years of hands‑on experience to join our team. You will help design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters and supporting infrastructure while collaborating closely with development and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Deploy, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker container registries.
• Operate and maintain virtualised environments, including KVM‑based infrastructure.
• Perform basic to intermediate networking tasks – connectivity troubleshooting, load balancing and service exposure.
• Use Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automated provisioning.
• Integrate and manage monitoring and observability solutions like Prometheus, Grafana or Zabbix.
• Administer Linux systems and support internal platform services.
• Collaborate on security policies and DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for technical communication.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve existing systems.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins (or similar).
• Kubernetes administration and Docker container technologies.
• Linux system administration.
• Virtualisation with KVM (or similar).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing.
• Security standards and DevSecOps practices.
• Directory services: Active Directory, FreeIPA.
• Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence.
• Messaging platforms: Kafka (or similar).
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB.
