Credit Controller

About the role

Join Swiss Re’s Credit Control team and manage a portfolio of partners across the EMEA region. You will work with financial data, ensure timely premium collections, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide to keep insurance operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with external clients through proactive communication.
• Monitor account balances, ensure timely collection, and accurately process premium payments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly statements and reports, delivering clear financial insights.
• Collaborate with Swiss Re departments globally to resolve queries and drive outcomes.
• Analyse data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support decision‑making and identify trends.
• Handle daily business correspondence, investigating and interpreting processed accounting information.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and curious about numbers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take ownership of a portfolio.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or strong motivation to learn quickly).
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
