CI/CD Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on CI/CD Engineer to own and evolve our modern software delivery platform. The role focuses on GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, self‑hosted runners, and developer tooling, working closely with application and AI teams to improve how software and AI solutions are built, tested, secured, deployed, and operated.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Create reusable workflows, templates, and automation for development teams.
• Operate and enhance self‑hosted GitHub Actions runners.
• Support developers with builds, testing, releases, deployments, and pipeline troubleshooting.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including permissions, integrations, policies, and repository standards.
• Leverage tools such as GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and CodeRabbit.
• Introduce AI‑driven automation into software development and delivery processes.
• Improve reliability, security, performance, and developer experience of the engineering platform.
• Support and operate infrastructure components for AI and engineering teams, including Azure Kubernetes Service, databases, key vaults, networking, and related cloud services.
• Provision and automate infrastructure for new internal tools, AI solutions, CI/CD integrations, and platform services.

Required profile

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines in a software development environment.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or another modern CI/CD platform.
• Strong understanding of Git, pull requests, application builds, testing, and deployments.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot code, scripts, workflow definitions, and configuration files.
• Experience scripting and automating with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and modern DevOps principles.
• General understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity/access management, and secrets management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership.
