Business Development Executive – Amazon Marketplace (Bratislava)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Bratislava team. You will be responsible for acquiring new brand partners across Central and Eastern Europe and helping them sell on Amazon’s European marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential brand partners throughout the CEE region.
• Present the benefits of listing on Amazon and guide new vendors through onboarding.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing vendor clients.
• Promote agency services such as content optimisation, business consulting, advertising campaign management and terms negotiation.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Achieve monthly targets for new business acquisition and upselling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in e‑commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Slovak and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the CEE region.

• Understanding of digital commerce and Amazon marketplace dynamics.
