Business Analyst – BPM & Digital Solutions

About the role

Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team in Bratislava as a Business Analyst focused on BPM and digital solutions. You will work with clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and energy to translate business needs into technology‑enabled outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges.
• Lead or support workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyse and document current (as‑is) and future (to‑be) processes.
• Prepare requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Support low‑code, workflow and process‑automation projects together with delivery teams.
• Participate through the full lifecycle, from analysis to testing, demos and solution rollout.
• Create process flows, presentations, mockups and other supporting materials.
• Work across multiple projects in an international consulting environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Experience with as‑is / to‑be analysis and end‑to‑end workflow documentation.
• Confidence in client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to explain technical topics in a clear, business‑friendly way.
