Billing & Order Entry Analyst (French)

About the role

Deloitte's Finance Operate line is seeking a Billing & Order Entry Analyst who is fluent in French and English. Based in Bratislava, you will support global corporate clients by ensuring accurate order processing, contract administration, and billing activities while delivering a first‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process new orders, order modifications, and related contract data in the ERP system.
• Create billing invoices, credit notes, and indexation renewal letters.
• Act as the primary contact for contractual queries in English and French.
• Support sales and project management teams with commercial correspondence and order‑related matters.
• Monitor contract compliance, request guarantees, and assist in dispute resolution.
• Perform calculations for customer offers and maintain accurate records in the CRM tool.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
• EU passport holder.
• Minimum experience in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
