Acquisition Legal Counsel Associate Manager (German)

About the role

Join Accenture’s Global Legal Network as an Acquisition Legal Counsel Associate Manager. You will support complex M&A and strategic investment transactions, working closely with cross‑functional deal teams and providing legal expertise throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and identify risks for M&A and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with M&A deal attorneys, Procurement, Legal Integration, and other stakeholders across geographies.
• Maintain contract compliance and support post‑acquisition integration activities.
• Develop checklists, process documents, and train team members on pre‑ and post‑acquisition legal support.

Required profile

• Legal degree with experience in M&A, acquisitions, or corporate law.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
