Account Manager – Eastern Slovakia

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Wolt’s growth team in Eastern Slovakia. You will work closely with restaurant partners, helping them launch on our platform, optimise their menus and boost sales while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new restaurant venues, providing tools and information for a quick launch.
• Monitor and improve month‑over‑month performance metrics, analysing KPIs and conducting quality checks.
• Manage partner assortment, recommending initial product listings and continuously adjusting the menu to increase conversion.
• Collaborate with partners to raise sales and conversion rates by sharing best practices and operational tools.
• Collect partner feedback and translate insights into product, marketing and operational improvements.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between Wolt and restaurant partners.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute joint campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Self‑starter with strong reliability and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑moving, start‑up environment.
