Account Manager – DACH Region

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to drive new business and nurture client relationships across Germany and other German‑speaking markets. Based in Košice, you will act as the main point of contact between FROLER’s skilled technical teams and our customers, ensuring projects in electrical installation, energy, and building technology are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region.
• Approach prospects via phone, email and professional networks and present FROLER’s services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with German‑speaking clients.
• Prepare quotations, pricing documents and basic contractual paperwork.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal project teams and monitor project progress, deadlines and service quality.
• Resolve operational issues during project delivery and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, projects and sales activities.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management or customer service.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Independent, reliable and well‑organized.
