Senior Strategic Project Manager, Patient & Site Centric Solutions

About the role

IQVIA's Patient & Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) is looking for an experienced Strategic Project Manager in Bratislava. The role leads and supports complex AI and strategic initiatives across PSCS and its broader site businesses, working with stakeholders across functions and geographies to turn strategy into clear plans, coordinated execution and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic initiatives and define their scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures.
• Support the development of the PSCS AI strategy and its translation into key projects and priorities.
• Build project plans and governance structures, and drive cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources and costs while adapting to changing business priorities.
• Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate workstreams and communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and barriers early and develop mitigation plans.
• Apply structured project management methodologies and support change, continuous improvement and process redesign.

Required profile

• Significant project, program or PMO experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research or closely related life sciences organization.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects and working with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English written and verbal communication skills.

• Pay range of 42,600 to 72,500 EUR per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule.
