About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will interact with customers via phone or online channels, providing support and resolving routine issues related to the client’s products or services. The role requires fluency in Hungarian and Slovak to ensure clear communication and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision‑support tools to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally following established procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions and update the call‑tracking database.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Refer complex inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian, Slovak, and English.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
