Customer Service Agent with Spanish

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will provide bilingual support to customers, handling enquiries, orders and claims while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales order process from customer enquiry to payment, including order creation, invoicing and settlement.
• Maintain customer data, register purchase orders, and coordinate shipping instructions with logistics.
• Conduct financial follow‑up such as debt collection and monitoring overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as the primary contact throughout the claim process.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, factories and logistics specialists to secure optimal delivery solutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (intermediate level).
