Medical Information & Adverse Event Intake Specialist (Czech/Slovak/English)

About the role

Join a leading global pharmaceutical safety services provider as a Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist. You will use your scientific background and multilingual abilities to support healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring accurate capture and processing of safety and product quality information.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries (non‑sales).
• Receive, triage, review, and enter safety data into lifecycle safety databases, coding medical terminology and writing case narratives.
• Generate queries, perform quality control, assist with case reconciliation, and drive case closure.
• Document incoming calls or emails from investigative sites and other safety data sources.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle safety team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Liaise with project managers to identify issues and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Life Sciences degree.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Czech and Slovak (C2/native) and English, plus an additional language at C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn across lifecycle safety service lines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology coding and safety data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in the required languages.
