HR Generalist & HSE Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will also act as the HSE Coordinator for a site within Forvia, a global automotive supplier. The role combines core HR administration, employee lifecycle management and business partnership with responsibility for health, safety and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise and support to employees across the site, handling recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits and payroll queries.
• Manage employee relations, internal communications and learning & development initiatives.
• Produce HR reports, analytics and control budgets and costs.
• Oversee HSE reporting, incident management, risk assessments, PPE, ergonomics and fire‑protection procedures.
• Maintain the HSE management system and ensure compliance with local legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on HR experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of local HR legislation and solid business‑partner mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in the local language and good English.
• Proactive, organized and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR management systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
