Assistant Brand Manager – Crochet & Knit Brand (Remote)

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of Hooks & Needles, a D2C crochet and knitting brand. This fully remote position works across product development, customer insight, marketing and community management, ensuring the brand runs smoothly and continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining products, reviewing patterns, instructions and related content for accuracy.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, turning trends into actionable product and experience improvements.
• Monitor crochet and knitting market trends, researching new ideas and opportunities for the brand.
• Support customer service by handling product‑related queries and engaging with online communities.
• Help execute marketing campaigns, source creative assets and contribute to product storytelling.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and routine tasks, seeking smarter ways to work.

Required profile

• Extreme attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Independent, proactive and able to follow tasks through without constant supervision.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and open to constructive feedback.
• Passion for crochet or knitting is a strong advantage.
