Account Manager – Off‑Street & Access Controlled Parking

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to expand our presence in the off‑street and access‑controlled parking sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to private parking operators and Access Solution Providers (ASPs), combining sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive adoption of our Managed Parking Platform (MPP).

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow coverage of MPP solutions in gated and off‑street parking environments.
• Build and present data‑driven business cases that demonstrate clear customer value.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers, private operators, and ASPs.
• Lead solution design, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Support ASPs during implementation with basic project‑management oversight.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure proactive follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7+ years of proven sales and account‑management experience.
• Background in the parking industry, access‑control solutions, or related technology sectors.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven with strong follow‑up mindset.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of gated parking solutions, parking management systems, and access‑controlled parking technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience using Google Workspace and sales tools.
