UX Platform Engineer (AI Era)

About the role

Innovatrics is seeking a UX Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of its internal design system in the AI era. This hybrid role sits within the Solution Teams department and focuses on enabling teams to create consistent, high‑quality user experiences through an inner‑source design system and AI‑driven tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of Innovatrics biometric products and existing design system components.
• Contribute to and refine the design system, including Figma libraries and usage guidelines.
• Facilitate adoption of the design system across solution teams, acting as a bridge between UX expertise and team autonomy.
• Prototype and deploy AI agent capabilities that provide self‑service design guidance.
• Own the lifecycle of design system components, adding new ones and retiring outdated assets.
• Advise multiple solution teams on UX best practices and design system contributions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong focus on design systems.
• Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their impact on design workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
