TMF Specialist – Hybrid (Slovakia)

About the role

Serve as the liaison between Records Management and user departments regarding Trial Master Files (TMF). Apply Records Management expertise to support multiple projects, sites and teams while ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulations and quality metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily team outputs to meet project deadlines, commitments and goals.
• Coordinate retrieval of records requested by users and prepare closed studies for client transfer.
• Ensure filing accuracy and compliance with IQVIA or customer file plans and SOPs.
• Maintain records centre security and protect record integrity.
• Interface with departments to support retrieval projects and meet information needs.
• Train team members on records management tasks, policies and procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and coordinate transfer, recall and disposition of records.
• Oversee disposal of obsolete records and manage storage space, supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years experience in a Records Management environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyse problems, develop solutions and make sound decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects within defined timelines.
• Capability to lead others and train staff on processes.

• Base salary range €19,400 – €35,300 per year (visible).
