ServiceNow Developer (Remote, Slovakia)

About the role

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be at the core of digital transformation projects, designing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work remotely from Slovakia, collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure applications that support ITSM, ServOps and Asset Management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement tailored solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, ServOps and Asset Management modules.
• Customize applications, workflows and UI components, and create client‑side and server‑side scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services, REST/SOAP, XML and HTTP.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Produce technical documentation and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and stay up‑to‑date with new ServiceNow features.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a portfolio covering ITSM, ServOps and Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client‑side and server‑side scripting.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, GlideScript and AngularJS/HTML/CSS.
• Experience integrating systems via REST, SOAP, XML and HTTP.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
