About the role
Join Holcim’s European Business Services team in Košice as a Personnel Administration Specialist focused on Romanian language support. You will manage employee data across multiple HR systems, collaborate with HR Business Partners, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR services on a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain employee profiles in HR systems, including data updates and termination processing.
- Support payroll‑related activities by ensuring accurate employee information.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners via video calls, emails, and a ticketing tool to execute tasks across several HR platforms.
- Participate in initiatives to improve HR service delivery, proposing ideas and implementing process enhancements.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Management or a related field.
- Experience in personnel administration or HR functions.
- Fluency in English and Romanian.
