Account Manager – Telecom Client

About the role

Insight Global is recruiting an Account Manager for a leading telecom client in Slovakia. The professional will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing the full relationship lifecycle and ensuring satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor overall customer health, driving satisfaction, retention and identifying risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Identify and pursue new sales, up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Advocate for customers by handling concerns, escalations and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage pricing, contracting, ordering and billing processes, including quotes and promotional requests.
• Oversee contract renewals and coordinate with partners for service delivery and lifecycle management.
• Promote self‑service adoption and utilization of the client’s digital tools.

• Ability to work cross‑functionally and align internal teams around customer goals.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and risk mitigation.
