Workplace AI & Platform Specialist (all humans)

About the role

Erste Digital, part of Erste Group, is looking for an AI-affine system administrator to join its Workplace AI team. The team operates and evolves the enterprise platforms that let employees use generative AI securely and effectively, with ChatGPT Enterprise as the main platform and Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and SharePoint Agents as a smaller part of the portfolio. The role sits in Bratislava and is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve ChatGPT Enterprise, managing configurations, workspaces, roles, access models, user groups, feature controls and administrative policies.
• Support identity and access-management integrations, including SSO, automated provisioning and group-based authorization, working with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related Digital Workplace services.
• Support the administration of Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and SharePoint Agents.
• Assess new platform releases and features, test changes and support their controlled introduction into production.
• Investigate platform issues using logs, diagnostics, configuration data and vendor-support channels, and provide business-hours L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests and technical problems.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operating procedures, support guides and recovery instructions.
• Support API-based integrations, Model Context Protocol servers and other AI-platform interfaces, and contribute to the design and governance of connectors and integrations.
• Collaborate with identity, Microsoft 365, network, security, data-protection and architecture teams, and coordinate issues with OpenAI, Microsoft and other partners.
• Support platform monitoring, usage reporting, license management and capacity controls, and identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in system administration, SaaS platform management, enterprise application operations or a comparable technical role.
• Practical experience with operating systems or cloud services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, role-based access, groups and automated provisioning.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong interest in AI and generative AI platforms, willingness to keep learning, and understanding of IT security, data protection, change management and operational controls.
• Fluent English; German or Slovak is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advantageous: ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, PowerShell, Python or automation tools.
• Advantageous: APIs, connectors, Model Context Protocol or AI-agent technologies.
• Advantageous: IT service-management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
