Working Student – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Ralliant is looking for a motivated Working Student to support its EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in corporate recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Post and maintain job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards and other talent channels.
• Screen applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Assist in preparing employment offers and related documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and locations.
• Communicate interview feedback promptly to hiring teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support recruitment events, university partnerships, career fairs, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment records and perform ad‑hoc HR administration tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a strong eagerness to learn.
