Warranty Test Center Engineer

About the role

The Warranty Test Center Engineer will analyse field complaints, make technical decisions on claim acceptance, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and production teams, applying structured methodologies such as 8D.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and process field complaints using defined testing concepts and control plans.
• Decide on acceptance or rejection of customer claims based on technical evaluation.
• Evaluate customer portals and technical records, define and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure timely claim processing in line with 8D methodology.
• Identify quality issues through active field monitoring and initiate escalations.
• Maintain communication with customers and track audit‑related corrective actions.
• Support production teams with warranty case expertise.
• Contribute to the improvement of quality methods and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Technical education with at least 3 years of experience in a technical field.
• Strong analytical and technical thinking abilities.
• Intermediate level of English.
