Visual Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual presentation of our new Mango store in Košice, opening in February 2027. You will be a key member of the regional team, responsible for creating an attractive and commercial store image.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the store’s visual image to ensure it is attractive and commercially effective.
• Apply Mango’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all displays.
• Execute store layout changes quickly and in an orderly manner.
• Monitor sales figures and performance indicators and adjust product placement accordingly.
• Understand the customer profile, product potential and competitor commercial strategies.
• Communicate new product arrivals, merchandising updates and out-of-stock issues to the team.
• Report regularly to management and support specific store managerial duties.

Required profile

• Results-driven and sales-oriented with solid merchandising experience in a fashion environment.
• Passionate about fashion with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritize, adapt and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
