As a Department Manager you will lead and motivate a retail team, creating an inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Your decisions, aligned with company values, will drive both personal and organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high operational and visual standards.
• Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, set targets and create plans to optimise profit, turnover and stock levels.
• Manage team scheduling, store opening and closing processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop staff while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions and promote the loyalty programme.

• Proven experience leading and operating in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities aligned with company values.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, able to work in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Passion for fashion trends, commercial potential and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, creativity and curiosity.
• Analytical, results‑driven with good numerical and statistical skills.
