Tool Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Tool Procurement Coordinator will lead supplier identification, evaluation and development for Vaillant Group Heat Pump in Slovakia. You will ensure material availability for new product launches, component relocations and critical shortage situations while supporting the company's environmental and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and expand the international supplier portfolio.
• Manage RFQs, analyse quotations, prepare contracts and support negotiations.
• Secure material supply for product introductions, relocations and shortage mitigation.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive improvement activities and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing teams on supplier development.
• Maintain purchase orders, delivery schedules and supplier/material master data.
• Ensure compliance of supplier documentation and produce regular reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management.
• Fluent English communication skills and comfort working in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
