Test Automation Architect (TOSCA)

About the role

As a Test Automation Architect specializing in TOSCA, you will lead the automation transformation within Mondeléz International's Quality Engineering practice. You will design scalable, model‑based frameworks and drive enterprise‑wide automation initiatives across SAP, web, and API applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the automation strategy, adoption roadmap, and governance model using industry‑standard tools and open‑source libraries.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade TOSCA automation solutions, including custom utilities and test data management.
• Establish best‑practice guidelines, folder structures, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across decentralized teams.
• Integrate TOSCA seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines and test management platforms.
• Act as the technical subject‑matter expert for TOSCA Commander, Distributed Execution (DEX), and Test Data Management (TDM).
• Mentor and train junior automation engineers, fostering high‑quality delivery standards.
• Manage a small in‑house and partner technical team responsible for the automation platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end process management in a global shared‑services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams while driving performance against service‑level agreements.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience managing demanding stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with compliance, audit processes, and operating effectively in changing environments.
