Team Lead Performance Marketing – Sponsored Ads (Amazon)

About the role

Front Row is looking for a hands‑on Team Lead to head its Performance Marketing team in Bratislava. You will shape Amazon advertising strategy, mentor a group of performance marketers and work directly with global brands to drive e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of performance marketing managers, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Own all Amazon Marketing activities – Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMG – for existing and new customers.
• Design, plan, steer, monitor and optimise Sponsored Ads/AMS campaigns to meet defined performance goals.
• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Monitor total ROAS and maintain a holistic view of each Amazon account, integrating SEO and SEA measures.
• Support other campaign managers through professional sparring and continuous improvement of processes, tools and reports.
• Expand the consulting and service portfolio by tracking market and technology developments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably on Amazon platforms.
• Proven experience leading a small team of marketers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ROAS and other performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Based in Bratislava and comfortable with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week).
