Talent Acquisition Specialist – Slovak & Czech

About the role

DP World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Slovak and Czech to support its global hiring needs. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality talent while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, social media, and external partnerships.
• Create engaging, inclusive job advertisements that reach a broad candidate pool.
• Deliver a transparent, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and market intelligence to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, process improvements, recruitment technology enhancements, and inclusive hiring programs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a corporate, agency, RPO, or fast‑paced talent acquisition environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative advice.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Slovak and Czech, with very good English or German language skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, high‑quality candidate experiences, and inclusive hiring practices.
