Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA

About the role

Camfil is expanding its Talent Acquisition function across EMEA and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment for 20+ countries. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to one of Camfil’s sites in Spain, Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Slovakia or the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business areas, from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic hiring guidance.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and high‑impact roles such as sales and niche IT positions.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals and talent communities.
• Support senior and leadership hiring through sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving processes, technology, candidate experience and employer branding.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with local HR colleagues, hiring managers and the broader Camfil business community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in an international or multi‑country environment.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting recruitment metrics.
