Supply Quality Manager

About the role

The Supply Quality Manager will lead quality initiatives for new equipment and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement within the waste‑to‑value business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Inspection Test Plans (ITP) for new equipment and manage quality control plans (QCP).
• Plan and lead quality inspections, resolve or escalate issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis at suppliers using A3/8D/DMAIC methodologies and create KPIs.
• Qualify new suppliers, focusing on BCC, and ensure proper quality documentation.
• Stay updated on legal regulations, support project teams, and improve processes.

Required profile

• Project management experience.
• Strong quality control, expediting, and logistics knowledge in supply markets.
• Experience with ASME, PED, welding standards (CSWIP preferred) and non‑destructive testing (EN ISO 9712/ASNT Level 2).
• Cross‑cultural experience, especially with BCC suppliers.
• Proficiency in technical drawings, ISO 9001, and managing multiple projects.

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional English (B2) and multilingual abilities.
