Strategic Operations Project Manager

About the role

The Strategic Operations Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of global manufacturing footprint and capacity expansion initiatives, including new factory builds from scope definition through operational launch. This role works across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and regional teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget and operational readiness targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management of manufacturing capacity expansion and new factory initiatives from scope definition, through design, construction, equipment installation and operational launch.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk mitigation.
• Oversee greenfield and brownfield facility projects, ensuring alignment with global footprint strategy and business growth objectives.
• Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets, prepare business cases and track expenditures against approved budgets.
• Apply manufacturing process knowledge, line balancing and production optimization to design efficient systems and integrate automation and digital factory solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and global teams, vendor selection, equipment qualification and technology transfer activities.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, capital project execution, line balancing and advanced manufacturing process design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across global regions.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and regional leadership.
