About the role

The company seeks a Construction and Technical Supervisor for ground construction projects. The role involves overseeing documentation, quality control, and coordination with project teams on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documentation, building permits, and contractual requirements.
• Control quality of construction, installation works, materials and ensure compliance with contracts, technical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors and the project manager to prepare and comment on documentation.
• Conduct site hand‑over, acceptance procedures and ensure timely removal of defects.

Required profile

• Secondary education with SKSI licence (advantageous) or higher education in construction engineering (Bachelor or Master).
• 3–5 years of experience in technical or building supervision, site management or similar roles.
• Valid driver’s licence category B.

• AutoCAD – advanced.
• Adobe Photoshop – advanced.
• Internet usage (email, web) – advanced.
• Microsoft Excel – advanced.
• Microsoft Word – advanced.
• Microsoft Project – basic.
