About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager specialized in electrical installations (high‑ and low‑voltage) to lead project and site supervision, support commissioning and handover, and ensure successful delivery of turnkey projects.

Key responsibilities

• Project and construction supervision of electrical installations (high‑ and low‑voltage) and M&E on site, including support during commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate design, optimise economics, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality targets.
• Lead the on‑site electrical team independently.
• Negotiate with investors, designers, customers, authorities and partners/sub‑contractors.
• Manage additional works and prepare the electrical work schedule.
• Control executed electrical works, material deliveries, schedule compliance and documentation for invoicing.
• Communicate with sub‑contractors, maintain the construction diary and collaborate with the chief site manager and project manager.

Required profile

• Completed technical education in electrotechnics (secondary or university level).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with PC applications: MS Office, MS Project and construction/electrical installation software.
• Conceptual thinking, price awareness, structured work approach and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for business trips.
• Good knowledge of German (spoken and written) or English is an advantage.
