About the role

The Expansion Documentation Specialist supports the expansion department by preparing legal documents, coordinating building permits and managing project data. The role combines legal expertise with administrative and financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contractual and legal documentation, including draft contracts and land registry entries.
• Coordinate building‑permit processes, monitor deadlines and communicate with building authorities and third parties.
• Manage authorisations and contracts: create, record and archive powers of attorney and project documents.
• Maintain data in internal systems and SAP: process orders, set up business partners and record offers in GIS.
• Perform financial and process control together with accounting, verify invoices and ensure compliance.
• Report key indicators and provide administrative support for the expansion department.

Required profile

• University degree in law with a focus on construction.
• Broad knowledge of legal, state‑administrative and economic matters.
• Active knowledge of English or German, driver’s licence category B.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace; SAP and GIS experience is a plus.
• Flexibility, responsible and discreet attitude, willingness to travel within Slovakia.
